2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups low fat or skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 1/2 cups of milk. Gradually add remaining 1/2 cup of cold milk to the cornstarch and salt. Add the cornstarch mixture to the hot milk. Cook stirring continuously, until bubbly. Continue cooking for 1 minute more. Add seasoning as desired. (From Delaware Cooperative Extension)
