4 Salmon steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
2 T white wine vinegar
1 T fresh chopped dill
salt and pepper to taste

Dill Sauce
3 T fresh chopped dill
3 T Dijon mustard
3 T light mayonnaise
4 T white wine vinegar
2 t sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
Prepare salmon: in a small bowl mix vinegar, sugar, dill, 3/4 t salt and 1/4 pepper. Coat salmon with mixture and let stand for 10 minutes.
Place salmon ( on foil) and cook on grill 8 minutes turning once. Salmon should be opaque.

Sauce:
In small mixing bowl, combine sauce ingredients.

When salmon is done, place on serving dish and cover with sauce.
