12 ripe tomatoes
3 onions
3 sweet red peppers
6 tart apples
1 pod hot pepper
1 clove garlic
1 cup seeded raisins
3 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 cups vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Skin tomatoes, (dip in hot water) and onions. Seed peppers and cut in large dice. Pare and cut apples. Wash raisins and run through the food chopper. Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal at once.
