4 packages of Meijer brand Italian Sauage
4 red peppers/quartered
4 green peppers
parsley
garlic powder
2 large white onion
Pam cooking spray
1 12oz. beer


















Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown sauage slowly on both sides. Spray large roaster with Pam. Lay peppers on the bottom of the pan, add sauage then onion. Rinse the skillet and scrape the crusters into the roasting pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
Pour a about 1/2 of 12 oz beer over the top and bake for 3 hours at 375, then 1 hour at 275. Check liquid level and add beer or water as needed.
