2 pound frozen hash browns
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Mix all ingredients with exception of butter in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter, bake 1 hour.

I save a little extra cheese and sprinkle on top of the pototoes.
