2 pkg. fresh spinach
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 stalk celery
1 bunch green onions
5 oz water chestnuts, sliced
Bacon bits
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Mayonnaise


Directions:
Directions:
Layer: Chopped spinach, Lettuce, Celery, Onions, chestnuts. Repeat the above in layers. Sprinkle with bacon bits, Cover with cheese. Then mix pint sour cream with mayonnaise, spread over top, toss until well-blended sprinkle with bacon bits again. Cover with grated cheese.
