Ingredients:  
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 can frito lay bean dip
1 can chopped green chiles
Mix together:
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream and 1/2 cup fat-free mayonaise spread on top (more if you want)
As much chopped green onion as you like
3/4 jar picante sauce
colby jack cheese- as much as you want

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in order listed.
Best if made the night before. This is very delicious!!
