1 lb. top round steak
1 tbsp all purpose flour
non stick cooking spray
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups water
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
8 oz plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp dry white wine
4 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained

Partially freeze meat, then cut on the bias into thin bite-size strips. Coat with 1 tbsp flour. Spray a large skillet with nonstick coating. Brown meat in skillet. Stir in mushrooms, onion and garlic, then cook 3 - 4 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring the mixture occasionally. Remove meat-mushroom mixture. Add margarine to pan drippings, then stir in 1 tbsp flour. Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir together yogurt and 2 tbsp flour. Add to skillet. Return meat-mushroom mixture to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in the wine. Serve over fettuccine. Contains 336 calories, 8 grams fat (21% of calories), and 64 milligrams cholesterol per serving.
