Sauce:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Tblsp. Parsley Flakes
1 Tblsp. Oregano
2 Cups Tomatoes
12 oz. Tomato Paste

Filling:
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 Tblsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 lb. Mozarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sauce ingredients together for 30 minutes. Milx filling ingredients together.

Layer in a 10"X14" pan: Noodles, Filling, 1/2 of Mozarella Cheese, and sauce. Repeat layers.

Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
Let it sit 15 minutes before cutting.
