1 lb. hamburger
small celery stalk, cut up
1 cup chopped onion
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup canned peas& juice
4 tsp. soy sauce - or more
1/2 cup raw rice
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, celery, and onion in skillet. Drain fat. In large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients. Add hamburger mixture. Bake in greased 9x13 baking dish or large casserole. Oven at 350 degrees. Time about 1 hour.
