1 med. onion
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp tabasco(optional)
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup green pepper(chopped)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
While browning ribs or chicken, place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes, covered. Place ribs or chicken in baking pan and pour sauce over all. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350 degrees. Taste sauce and adjust seasonings to your liking.
