1 small box lime jello
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapple & juice
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in the boiling water. Add pineapple and juice. Put in refrigerator until soft set. Break up with spoon and add cottage cheese and whipped cream. Fold all into jello. Let sit to firm and dot with whipped cream and cherries if you choose.

" A minister from Stillwater, MN. wrote a book in which he stated " If it weren't for Lutherans there would be no green jello." My daughter Sheila's husband, Greg, hates this "green jello" so we all make sure it's on the menu when we get together. I also bought him the book for Christmas."
