1 c butter
1 c oil
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 c coconut
1 c rice krispies
1 c oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 c flour
1 large bag chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients, then roll the dough into balls about the size of walnuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 for 10 minutes.
