2 pkg strawberry gelatin
1 c hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened)
2 pkg frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
1 pint whipping cream
28 vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with vanilla wafers. Add hot water to gelatin and stir to dissolve. Fold in slightly thawed strawberries. Fold in softened ice cream. Spoon into wafer lined pan and refrigerate. Just before serving whip cream and sweeten to taste. Spread on top of chilled mixture and serve in squares.
