1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c maple syrup
1 c half and half
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 c pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring to prevent sticking to soft ball stage (240 use candy thermometer). Cool to lukewarm without stirring. Beat until thick and mixture loses its gloss. Shape into two rolls; pat lightly with corn syrup with fingers; roll in pecan halves that have been place flat side up. Let stand until firm; slice.
