1/3 c water 1/2 c butter 1 pound (4 c) powdered sugar 1/2 c nonfat dry milk powder 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa dash salt
In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil; add butter; stir until melted. Beat in powdered sugar, milk powder, cocoa and salt until smooth. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan. Place in refrigerator to cool for several hours until firm. Cut into small serving pieces. Store in refrigerator.
