1 c softened butter
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 pkg lemon chiffon pie filling mix
2 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
3 3/4 oz bars chocolate coated english toffee candy, crushed
powdered sugar, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans and toffee in large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed until dough forms. Add nuts and crushed candy; blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool cookies completely before removing from cookie sheet. If desired dust with powdered sugar.
