1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine yolks, milk, and oil; stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites, leaving a few fluffs.
