1 1/2 lbs pork sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
6-8 slices cubed bread
1 can green chilies or sliced mushrooms(optional)
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain. Mix all other ingredients together except for cheese. Pour mixture over cubed bread in buttered casserole dish. Add cheese on top. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover casserole and turn oven down to 325 for the last 15 minutes.
