1 c hot water
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and butter together to boiling in enamel saucepan. Sift flour once before measuring. Add all the flour to saucepan and stir constantly with wooden spoon until the mixture clears the pan and forms into a ball. (about 1 minute) Remove from the heat, and cool. Now add the unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each egg is added. Then beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Drop from spoon a a very lightly greased baking sheet, forming balls the size of small oranges and keeping them, at least, 3 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes at 450 until puffs have fully expanded, then bake 30 to 35 minutes more at 350. Allow to cool slowly, away from drafts.
