2/3 cup butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream to the banana mixture. Stir in the walnuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool and remove from pans.
