3/4 cup water (80 degrees)
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and knead dough. Add flour until elastic and not sticky. Let rise in a warm place covered with towel until double in size.
Roll out in baking sheet. Use corn meal on bottom of baking sheet so crust does not stick.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough and then add your toppings. (I use red and green peppers, broccoli, onion, mushrooms, spinach, eggplant or any other veggies that are in season.)
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown around edges.
