Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3&1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
1&1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Sift dry ingredients together. In a separate container, mix pumpkin, salad oil, eggs, water, raisins, and nuts. Blend together and bake using 4 loaf pans (greased and floured) at 350 for 45 minutes.
