1/2 c. Crisco or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well-beaten
3 large or 4 small bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking soda together. Cream Crisco and add sugar and beaten eggs. Sift in flour a little at a time and stir. Put nuts in last part of flour and mix until smooth. Crush bananas when mixture is ready. Add to mixture, and stir. Cook at 350 until done.

May cook in loaf, square, or tube pan.
