2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. half & half
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. fresh or dry frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix half & half with oil and eggs, blend well, and add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into paper baking cups in 12 regular muffin pans. Bake at 425 for 18-23 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans.
