2 c flour
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 c water
1/2 c butter
2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder or 1 c roasted carob powder
1/4 c non-fat yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, sift together flour, sugar, soda and baking powder. In sauce pan, mix water, cocoa or carob and butter. Heat and stir until butter is melted and cocoa is dissolved. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix yogurt with wire whisk until yogurt is smooth and creamy. Add yogurt to cake mix and mix gently just until blended. Pour into a 9x13 inch cake pan that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating. Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool completely before topping.

There was a Pastry Cream at the bottom of recipe, but directions were confusing. Ingredients were 1 c part-skim ricotta cheese, 3 tbsp plain yogurt, 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
