3 eggs
c milk
c flour
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
tsp salt
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp sugar
tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Place a 12 oven safe skillet in oven to preheat. In a med. bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, extract, and salt until smooth. In a separate bowl toss the pear with the sugar and cinnamon. Carefully remove the pre-heated skillet from the oven onto stovetop. Add butter, swirling until melted. Arrange the pears in a single layer in the skillet and pour the batter over the pear. Return the skillet to the oven. Bake for 25 min. or until puffed and golden. Serve with maple syrup.
