Crust: 1 stick butter 1 c flour 1/2 c crushed nuts 1/2 c powdered sugar.
Filling 8 oz softened cream cheese 1 c powdered sugar 1 small cool whip 2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding 3 c milk
Mix crust ingredients and press in 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350º and cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and small container of cool whip. Pour on cool crust. Beat with mixer for 4 minutes 2 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix with 3 c milk. Pour on cheese mixtures. Cover with cool whip and crushed nuts. Chill and serve.
May use lemon pudding instead of chocolate, but use less water.)
