2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
4 c diced apples
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Add apples. Sift dry ingredients. Add to apple mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 greased cake pan and bake 1 hour at 350. (preheat oven)

Serve it hot, warm or cold. Try it plain, frosted or with whipped topping.
