2 egg whites
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
16 squares cocoa graham crackers, finely rolled (about 1 cup crumbs)
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar and baking powder and add gradually to egg whites. Continue to beat until egg whites hold a stiff peak. Fold in cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased eight inch cake pan which has been lined with brown paper. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cut into wedges and serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
