2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes in heavy syrup.
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 T butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1/4 c of the syrup. In large skillet, heat brown sugar, butter, orange rind, cinnamon and reserved syrup to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Add sweet potatoes; heat through, gently stirring to coat potatoes with glaze.
