1 large pkg raspberry jello
2 2/3 c water
1 1/2 c apple sauce
1 pkg frozen raspberries,
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 c marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello in boiling water, add apple sauce, and thawed, drained raspberries. Set. Before completely firm add sour cream and marshmallows.

This recipe was between a cheesecake recipe and a scalloped potato recipe, when I asked Grandma if it was a topping for the cheesecake or a separate recipe she remembered it was a salad recipe. This is pretty sharp as she had so many clipped, hand written recipes gathered from so many sources for so many years!
