Filling:
1 tall can condensed milk, well chilled
1 large pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 pkg lemon jello


Crust:
8 double graham crackers
1/4 of 1 stick butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 c boiling watter and let cool to consistency of egg white. Mash graham crackers to fine crumbs and mix in butter. Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of pie plate, or springform pan, reserving some for top.

Cool bowl and beaters. Pour milk into bowl and beat until it holds peaks, cream sugar and cream cheese, add to milk, add lemon jello, fold until mixed. Pour over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Put in refrigerator.
