Crust:
1 12 c graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 lb butter
(Save a little to sprinkle on top of cake)



1st Layer:
3 small pkgs cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp grated lemon rind



2nd Layer:
1c thick sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients, blend and press into springform
pan.

1st Layer: soften cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add
sugar, and grated peel. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
after each addition. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let baked
pie cool.

2nd Layer: Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spoon over
top and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 5 minutes at 400.
