1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
salt
1/2 c. butter/oleo
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. coconut
pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs and salt together until lemon colored. Add butter and flour and blend. Add milk and 1 c. coconut. Pour into pie shell and top with 1/2 c. coconut. Bake slow in a 325 oven for 35-45 minutes or test with knife until it comes out clean.
