4 c granny apples
2 c pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c chopped celery
1/2 mayonnaise
1/4 c whipping cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 drop of vanilla extract
1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, pineapples, celery, and mayo. Toss lightly in chilled small bowl. Using chilled beaters beat whipping cream at high seed on electric mixer just until stiff peaks form. DO NOT over beat. Blend in vanilla and sugar. Fold in to apple mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with walnuts. Serves: 9
