4 eggs
1 and 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c self rising flour
2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 (17oz) pkg coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl; beat eggs; add sugar and flour; blend well. In another bowl mix milk, vanilla, and coconut together. Add bowl ingredients together and mix well. Pour into 9" pie pan, bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
