1/4 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 to 4 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar (or more to taste, we use Splenda)
1 pound celery
1 apple halved cored and sliced thinly
(I mixed Granny Smith and Fuji apple)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 bake pecans untion browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Whisk together sour cream, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Add celery and apples; season with salt & pepper, toss to combine.
Crumble pecans on top just before serving.
