1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 pie shell (cooked & cool)
2 envelopes Dream Whip
2 3/4 c. cold milk (divided)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. (4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pecans, butter, brown sugar in a small saucepan until butter & sugar are melted & mixture comes to boil. Boil exactly 30 seconds. Spread on botton of pie shell. Cool.

Beat whipped topping mix, 1 cup of milk and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on high about 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms peaks. Add remaining 1 3/4 c. of milk and pudding mixes. Blend on low speed. Beat on high speed 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in 1 c. coconut, spoon into shell. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish with the remaining coconut.
