6 swordfish steaks, about 1/2 pound each and 1 inch thick
1 cup vegetable oil
Juice of 1 lemon
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
Minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and salt and pepper; mix well. Brush both sides of fish generously with the mixture and refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours. Turn steaks every half hour to marinate thoroughly. Grill about 6 inches from coals for 5 minutes; turn, baste and cook 6 or 7 minutes more. Serve steaks brushed generously with melted butter and topped with fresh parsley.
