2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup strong coffee
FILLING:
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup crisco
1/2 cup margarine
1 5 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 can chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. (Devil Food Cake Mix works also). Cut in half and put the filling on half and place the other half on top. Refrigerate this cake.
FILLING: Mix until smooth and creamy. Microwave chocolate frosting for 20 - 30 seconds and spread on top of filling.
