3-3/4 tablespoons yeast
4-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons oil
1-1/2 cups water less 1-1/2 tablespoons water
3 egg whites beaten
3 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put the ingredients in a bread maker and mix to dough stage and then make your buns. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
