lemon slices
garlic powder
oregano
feta cheese
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Perheat oven 375
Place each piece of fish on a seperate piece of foil.
Sprinkle with herbs and seasonings, top with diced seeded fresh tomato, shallots, lemon slice and feta cheese. Dot with butter. Enclose fish security in foil and bake for 15-30 minutes (depending on thickness of fish. Fish should be white and flake easily with fork when done. Fish can be served in packets.
