4 eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups pumpkin 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Mix oil and sugars together until well blended. Add eggs and pumpkin, mix well. Mix dry ingredients and gradually mix into pumpkin mixture. Pour mixture into greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
