3/4 cup pecan halves
3/4 cup walnut halves
1/2 cup whole blanched almonds
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/3 cup Splenda
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300, spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine all the nuts, add the egg white, toss to coat. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts and toss to coat. Spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool on waxed paper. Store in airtight container.
