1 package lime or lemon jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cucumber, unpeeled
1 small onion
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup diced pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let stand until partially thickened. Put cucumber and onion through food grinder. Add to jello. Add the remaining ingredients and put in mold to set.
