1 pkg yeast
2 c lukewarm water
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
4 c self-rising flour
1 egg, lightly slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg. dry yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water and set aside. In separate large bowl combine rest of ingredients. Add yeast mixture and blend well, spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
