1 cup ground beef 1 small onion 4 c potatoes 1/2 inch cubes 3 8 oz cans tomato sauce 4 c water 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 - 1 tsp hot sauce
In large skillet brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened. Serves: 8 (2 qts) Prep: 20-30 min.
