1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 jar marinara sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 pound ricotta cheese
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add onion and cook until tender.
Mix in the jar of marinara sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Layer the noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzerella cheese in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with a sprinkle of mozzerella cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
