4 carrots
1 4oz. box lemon jello
1 large can of crushed pineapples

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice of pineapple
Shread the carrots very fine.
Pour 3 cups of boiling water into bowl. Add lemon jello. After you desolve jello, then mix in carrots. Put into frig. and chill.

The first time I was introduced to this jello salad it was at my future inlaws. When I went home and told my mom I had grease cutter, she couldn't figure out what I had. Now I serve it with every Christmas and Thanksgiving meal. Thanks Mom (Ray Bird)
